Returns

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Custom orders are excluded from this return policy.

2. Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Certain items, such as Custom Orders, Personal Care Products, may not be eligible for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a Return, Please Contact our Customer Service Team at customersupport@thehandstandshop.com. Include your Order Number and Reason for the Return.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are Responsible for Return Shipping Costs, unless the Return is Due to an Error on Our Part (wrong item sent). We Recommend using a Trackable Shipping Service or Purchasing Shipping Insurance for Your Return.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your Returned Item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact The HandStand Shop immediately at customersupport@thehandstandshop.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
